The WAC Diocese has the following Committees entrusted by respective Bishops in Charge for the better functioning of the Diocese and to achieve the aims and objectives set forth by the Diocese for its members

Board of Church Council
The Board of Church Council is one of the Boards of the Diocese, the vision of the Board is to work towards the welfare for the church, to establish churches, promote church activities and shall be responsible for the administration of the churches, this Board is headed by Bishop, Rt.Rev. Dr. Jeyaseelan Mathuram, Bishop of Tamilnadu.

Board of Mission and Ministries
Bp. K. Eleazer
The Board of Mission and Ministries shall work towards the expansion of the Mission activities, evangelical and ministry activities, formation, expansion and promotion of missions activities and fostering of missions and ministries shall be the core responsibilities of the Board. The Board of Mission and Ministries is Headed by the Bishop Rt.Rev.Dr K Eleazer, Bishop of Punjab.

Board of Education
Bp. Jeyaseelan Mathuram, JP
The Board of Education shall promote the Theological Education and the Academic Education activities under the WAC Diocese to bring about prosperity and harmony in our society. This Board is headed by Bishop, Rt.Rev. Dr. Jeyaseelan Mathuram, Bishop of Tamilnadu.

Board of Legal Advisory and Marriage Law
Bp. Crosswin H. Pakianathan
The Board of Legal Advisory and Marriage Law shall closely moniter the activities of the churches with respect to the law of the Govt. of India and the Canon Laws of the Church, it shall be an advisory body to the member churches and shall be responsible for the Construction of the Laws of the Church. i.e, WAC Diocese and its member churches. This Board is Headed by the Deputy Archbishop Rt. Rev. Dr. S Crosswin H Pakianathan.

Board of Charity, Social welfare, Health & Medical Relief
ABp. V. Mosespaul Rajasingh
The Board of Charity, Social Welfare, Health and Medical Relief works towards the Charity, health and relief activities based on the Biblical teachings, this Board shall work towards the welfare of the members of the Member Churches and to the general public. This Board works directly under the Archbishop The Most Rev. Dr. V Moses Paul Rajasingh.

Board of Minority Affairs, Human Rights & Public Relations
The Board of Minority Affairs, Human Rights & Public Relations Deals with any external affairs to the WAC Diocese, it works towards maintaining a good relationship with other affiliates and organizations that the WAC Diocese is in membership or in Contract or in any terms as like.

Board of Media and Communications
Bp. Prakash Simon
The Board of Media and Communications is responsible for the promotion of the Activities of the WAC Diocese through the Media and Communication resources.
The Zonal Diocesan Councils
The WAC Diocese is divided in to Zonal Councils for the governing of the Diocese, the supreme authority is held by the Primate Archbishop.

Karnataka (HQ), Andhra, Maharashtra, Telangana, and Goa will be Governed by

North Zone
Punjab (HQ), Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarkhand, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh,
Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Chandigarh will be governed by Bishop. Rt. Rev. Dr. K. Eleazer

South Zone
Tamil Nadu (HQ), Kerala, Pondicherry, & Andaman & Nicobar will be governed by
Bishop. Rt.Rev.Dr. Jeyaseelan Mathuram J P

West Zone
Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Diu & Daman, Lakshadweep

East Zone
Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, AP, Assam, Mizoram,
Tripura, Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur, Meghalaya.
The West and East Zone will be Governed by The Most Rev. Dr. V. Moses Paul Rajasingh.
